+ How should I care for my yarn?
Blocking
Do not soak prior to blocking. Dampen finished pieces using a spritz bottle and wait 2-3 minutes for fabric to absorb water. Block to dimensions and pin if desired. Allow to dry thoroughly.
Washing
• Bloom: Spot clean with cold water if necessary. Reshape to dry.
• Haven, Embrace, Harmony: Hand wash cold with fiber wash or a mild detergent. Dry flat. Do not hang dry. Our yarns are gently spun to preserve the extraordinary softness of the fiber, so expect some mild shedding in the first few washes.
Colorfastness
• We do our best to ensure colorfastness in our yarns, but it is possible to have a little color transfer, especially in darker, more saturated colors. When doing colorwork, especially if you are planning to place a darker, more bold colorway near a lighter one, we suggest knitting a sample swatch first, and soaking it to make sure there is no color transfer before starting your project to avoid potential problems.
+ Why does my yarn appear different than the photo on your website?
• While our colorways will be consistent between dye lots, with hand dyed yarns each skein is unique. There can be subtle color variations between dyelots, and even between skeins in the same dyelot. Be sure to order enough yarn to complete your project. We make every effort to supply you with skeins from the same dyelot, and to color match skeins for your project. Still, we suggest alternating skeins to avoid color blocking. Also, remember that colors appear different on different monitors.
+ What forms of payment can I use?
We accept ApplePay, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal. You can choose your preferred method at checkout.
+ How much is shipping?
We charge a $5 flat rate shipping for all orders in the US. This will be added to your order at checkout. If you are outside of the US and would like to place an order, contact us at customerservice@reywa.net for a custom shipping quote.
+ When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 business days by USPS First Class mail.
+ How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, an email order confirmation will be sent to you. A tracking number will be sent when your order ships.
+ What if my order is missing?
Contact us with your order number and tracking number at customerservice@reywa.net. We'll contact USPS to relocate your package. We are not responsible for deliveries to addresses that have been incorrectly entered during the checkout process, or for missing or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
+ Can I make an exchange or return?
Yes! We are more then happy to help you. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery date in the original, unwound, unused condition only.
Contact us at customerservice@reywa.net before initiating a return so we can assist you. Include a note on the original packing slip stating your preference for refund or exchange, and send return to:

Be sure to send your package using a traceable shipping method. Once we receive the yarn we'll inspect it and initiate your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping costs. Please note that it may take a couple of days once your refund has been processed before you see it in your account.
If you purchased our yarn from a yarn store or other vendor, returns or exchanges must be made with the original yarn store or vendor purchased from using their return/exchange policy.
+ What if there is a problem with my order?
If we made a mistake with your order, contact us at customerservice@reywa.net within 14 days and we will correct it.
+ Do you accept International Orders?
Yes. Contact us at customerservice@reywa.net to receive a custom shipping quote. Any additional taxes, duties, VAT, customs, or charges assessed after an order has been made are the responsibility of the customer.
