Two designs or “stories” come together beautifully in one hat. Which side will you show off today? What will your story be? There are two sides to Every Story.
This pattern is a digital download.
Yarn: Two skeins Reywa Fibers’ Harmony (50% yak down 50% merino, sport, 328yds/100g) will make hat & mitten set. Samples shown in Her Strength & Foothills, size medium hat.
Needles:
16” Size A
16” Size B (1-2 sizes smaller than size A for ribbing)
DPNs or magic loop of larger size (I knit tightly on US size 5 & 7 for the medium hat, US 5 & 6 for the small hat)
Notions:
4 stitch markers
tapestry needle
Finished Dimensions (approximate):
Small: diameter lying flat = 9.25”; height = 8”
Medium: diameter lying flat = 9.75”; height = 9”
Super Slouch: diameter lying flat = 10”; height = 10”
Gauge:
Small: 30 sts & 31 rows = 4” in stranded colorwork after blocking
Medium: 28 sts & 29 rows = 4” in stranded colorwork after blocking
Super Slouch: 26 sts & 28 rows = 4” in stranded colorwork after blocking
